Preoperative anticoagulant therapy is known to have a positive impact on the prognosis of patients with acute limb ischemia (ALI). However, little is known about its efficacy in elderly patients. We aimed to investigate the potential effect of anticoagulation in nonagenarian patients managed for ALI.
